New Year. New Beginning

OK. So after spraining my ankle a bit back on 12/23 I'm back on the treadmill. Today I ran at the gym. I did a total of 45 minutes and went 4.25 miles. Most of that was covered in a run at about 6.2 mph with no incline. I also weigh a beefy 217.5 lbs today. Off and runnning in the New Year.

Distance: 4.25 (4.0 run)
Time: 45 minutes (38 minutes run)
Weight: 217.5 lbs
