Two more runs and a Ski Day

I didn't get to post late last week, so I thought that I would put this up now before the week begins again.

Thursday:
Treadmill. Total Time 35 minutes, not very much running, hills
Max Grade: 5%
Weight: 216.2 lbs

Friday.
Total Time 45 minutes
Total Distance 4.49 miles
Total Distance run: 4.25 miles
average run speed 6.4 mph
Weight: 214.2 lbs

Sydney and I skiied Bellayre on Sunday.

New Year. New Beginning

OK. So after spraining my ankle a bit back on 12/23 I'm back on the treadmill. Today I ran at the gym. I did a total of 45 minutes and went 4.25 miles. Most of that was covered in a run at about 6.2 mph with no incline. I also weigh a beefy 217.5 lbs today. Off and runnning in the New Year.
